The Food Science Department was created in 1995, and is organized into 5 work fields :

  • Inspection


  • Quality


  • Microbiology


  • Technology
The whole staff includes more than 45 researchers and teachers, involved in more than a dozen projects, on a walloony, federal and european scale.
